The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our grooming salons. You will provide the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and skill-based pay enhancements.

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiar with target-driven environments, or willing to work towards targets.
