Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Croydon

Who are we?

We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, which include Pets Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?

Our Stylists are vital to our Pets Grooming salons' success. You will handle all aspects of pet grooming, confidently delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service within the salon. Your communication skills will be key as you interact with customers and their pets daily.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. Benefits include a competitive base salary, earning opportunities through our Earn As You Learn programs, and additional pay through extra training.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 7 days a week. The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required.
• Confident with a good understanding of dog grooming styles/trends and capable of performing high-standard grooms on various breeds.
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven settings, but willing to learn.
