The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You will enjoy a competitive pay and opportunities for growth through comprehensive training and development programs, including our Earn as You Learn initiatives and additional pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible, with the ability to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience). Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role.
• Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but we are open to candidates willing to work in such settings.
