The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are key to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standards of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver exceptional service. Enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• People passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexible individuals able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, with potential for more during busy periods.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.)
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.
