I am on the search for a Studio Assistant /PA on behalf of a leading creative organisation. You’ll support daily operations, coordinate schedules, and help ensure the studio functions smoothly. This Studio Assistant role suits someone proactive who enjoys creating order, managing tasks and working closely with a collaborative team. You’ll work across studio coordination, diary oversight and general operations in a fast‑moving environment that values clarity, structure and dependable support.

What you’ll be doing...

As the Studio Assistant, you’ll coordinate the Director’s diary with care and accuracy, ensuring time is allocated effectively and the right information is always on hand. You’ll support the wider Operations team, assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining financial records, keeping documentation up to date and helping with accounting systems.

You’ll manage the studio environment day to day organising supplies, preparing meeting spaces, coordinating couriers and ensuring the workspace is tidy and well‑equipped. You’ll action general maintenance needs promptly and handle occasional errands or delivery‑related tasks.

You’ll also help streamline internal processes, suggesting practical improvements and supporting operational efficiency across the studio. This Studio Assistant role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference to the running of a busy creative space.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Experience in administrative, office support or studio coordination roles.
  • Confident diary coordination skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience using accounting or bookkeeping software such as DEXT.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Figma knowledge is helpful but not essential.
  • Openness to reasonable adjustments for any accessibility needs.

You’ll join a creative organisation that values fairness, flexibility and personal growth. In return for your experience, you’ll receive a competitive salary, opportunities to learn new skills, supportive colleagues and a welcoming studio environment. Benefits include paid holiday, company‑wide wellbeing initiatives, and team events such as an end‑of‑year celebration. This Studio Assistant role provides the opportunity to build experience across operations, coordination and studio management within a friendly and inclusive workplace (Whilst having lots of fun!)
