Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment in Berkhamsted is seeking a Junior Production Coordinator to join a busy creative team. You will support daily studio briefings, manage project information and help with artwork preparation for proofs and reviews, working closely with Studio and Account Management.

Location: Berkhamsted

Salary: £24,785 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm | Office based

Are you organised, enthusiastic and interested in working within the creative industry? We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy team, getting involved in different projects and learning new skills. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business in Berkhamsted as a Junior Production Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a creative environment. You'll work closely with both the Studio and Account Management teams, supporting the day-to-day coordination of projects for a large, well-known retail account.

You'll be involved in daily studio briefing meetings, helping to keep projects organised, supporting design and artwork processes, and making sure information and materials are ready when needed.

The Role

• Supporting daily studio briefing meetings and helping the team keep track of live projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Communicating with the Studio and Account teams to make sure information is clear and projects are progressing smoothly.
• Helping to organise project information and supporting the day-to-day running of the studio.
• Assisting with the preparation, creation and management of artwork files for proofing and review.
• Supporting design handovers, artwork updates and amendments.
• Helping prepare artwork, files and other materials for range reviews.
• Supporting the creation and preparation of presentation decks.
• Checking information and files carefully, raising any questions or issues where needed.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider team.

About You

This is a junior opportunity, so we're not expecting you to have previous experience in a creative studio or packaging environment. We're much more interested in your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

• A genuine interest in the creative industry.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with different people and working as part of a team.
• The ability to manage your time and keep track of different tasks.
• Confidence using a computer and an interest in learning new systems and software.
• A willingness to ask questions, take on feedback and get involved wherever support is needed.
• A reliable, proactive approach and pride in doing a job well.

Experience using a Mac or Adobe software.
