Job summary

Deckers' HOKA brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Portsmouth to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and customer experience. You will lead by example, coach the team, and help deliver sales, conversion, and NPS targets while managing daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding and training, ensuring exceptional service and brand values are reflected on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers/HOKA vision to your team and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: opening/closing, labor scheduling, inventory, cash controls.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are executed.
