Job summary

Deckers is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join our Portsmouth store on the HOKA brand. You will partner with Store Management to drive sales, improve customer journeys and uphold brand standards. You will train team members, manage daily operations, and support events and local outreach.

You will help with visual merchandising, labor planning, stock control, and cash handling while delivering outstanding service and representing the Deckers Brands with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs.
• Fantastic problem‑solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Achieve targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift.
• Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and prioritize programs that enhance the customer journey.
• Help take responsibility for day‑to‑day operations of the store, including training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, assets security, labor planning, inventory and cash controls.
• Assist in Brand awareness and education while providing excellent service.
• Assist in store administration and operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage key controls including store labor, inventory, and cash.
• Ensure high quality visual merchandising and execution of directives.
