Responsibilities

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Achieve targets and motivate team members to meet goals within each shift.
• Ensure operational excellence across day-to-day store activities and customer journey.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, training, visual merchandising, labor planning, and security.
• Manage inventory and cash controls and serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
