HOKA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Portsmouth to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, customer experience, and brand standards. You will lead day-to-day operations, train staff, manage labor and inventory, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will recruit, onboard and develop team members, maintaining a vibrant store culture that reflects the HOKA brand. This role emphasizes exceptional service, execution of visual directives, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Brand Vision to team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services.

Responsabilités

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, assets security, labor planning, inventory, cash controls.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in Store Manager’s absence and support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
