Deckers Brands in Portsmouth, UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team toward agreed targets. You will champion the Deckers Brand values, vision and mission on the shop floor.

You will manage day-to-day operations, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory, security, and customer experience, while coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service and consistent brand storytelling across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to your team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to achieve goals.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive and own key store goals: sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets and motivate the team to achieve them across shifts.
• Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business, from training to cash controls.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to deliver brand service.
