Job summary

Deckers' HOKA brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive business results. You will lead with brand values, oversee key store goals, set targets, and motivate the team to achieve them during each shift.

You will ensure operational excellence, manage day‑to‑day store operations, including training, visual merchandising, labor scheduling, inventory, and cash controls.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs and the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key business KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Manage store KPIs and motivate and engage team members to work together to achieve goals.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and measure via NPS.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members to ensure engaged staff.
• Set plans and targets and entrust team members accordingly.
• Support community by helping with in-store events and local outreach.
• Assist in store administration and operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute visual directives.
