Deckers Brands, home to HOKA, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Portsmouth to partner with the Store Manager and drive the business. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and reinforce the brand values with your team.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales, NPS, and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining visual standards and program execution on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive and own key store goals such as sales, conversion, NPS and customer capture.
• Set targets, motivate the team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and training to build a high-performing team.
• Manage store administration, inventory, cash controls and security.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
