Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional customer journey in a dynamic retail environment in London. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive growth, while overseeing both store operations and clinical activities.

This role requires GOC registration, a customer-facing background, and a passion for learning and team development.

Formación

• GOC registration is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Shows a desire to learn and develop skills.
• Led or coached a team in a retail or clinical setting is advantageous.
