Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Manchester to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operations. You will lead by example on the shop floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Coach’s service standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop team members, support omni-channel initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies, payroll, and stock management.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; omni-channel familiarity.
