This hands‑on leadership role focuses on customer service, performance goals, and smooth store running, with weekend and bank holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team while managing KPIs and inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Comfortable in driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team to meet daily operations and performance goals.
• Drive customer service excellence and store presentation.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust action plans to improve metrics.
• Assist in inventory control and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure smooth shift handovers and staff scheduling.
