Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, and uphold our British-brand standards in every interaction.

You will coach the team, recruit and develop talent, ensure strong visual merchandising, and provide an inviting shopping experience for every customer.

This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, based in our UK store, with a focus on customer service, teamwork and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.

• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
