• Translate metrics into actions while managing people and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and outstanding customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour, waste, and sales performance.
• Ensure proper shift deployment and optimize the customer journey.
• Coach partners and recognise achievements during and after shifts.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled, handling operational decisions.
• Maintain brand and operating standards and drive data-informed decisions.
