• Own KPIs such as labour, waste and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment aligns with planned roles and routines.
• Coach partners, observe performance and provide feedback.
• Recognise and celebrate team achievements during/after shifts.
• Act as duty manager and take ownership of operational decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards at all times.
• Use financial/operational data to drive improvements in shift performance.
• Train and coach partners for consistent quality and service.
