Boots Opticians in Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead and inspire a team, delivering an outstanding customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan and grow the business across store operations and clinical activities.

You will manage a diverse team, handle rotas, performance reviews and contribute to training pathways designed to develop clinical knowledge and leadership skills within Boots.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Desire to learn
• Led or coached a team
• Experience working in a clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Work across store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening and dispensing.
• Create and maintain rotas; conduct return to work reviews and performance management.
• Participate in Boots Opticians training and leadership programmes.
