Job summary

Clarks Outlet in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead daily retail operations.

You will drive performance, coach the team, manage stock and POS systems, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexible 7-day shifts, weekend and bank holiday availability, with a comprehensive benefits package including Store Bonus Scheme and Discount Card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
