Job summary

Clarks Outlet in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and daily operations. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store runs smoothly to meet targets.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, optimizing KPI results, and coordinating inventory and point-of-sale processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
