The role focuses on leadership, sales targets, stock management, and customer service, with a view to developing a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, engaged, high-performing team and partner with Store Manager.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards; ensure compliance with policies.
• Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets and monitor KPIs to drive profitability.
• Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and delivery management; implement loss prevention strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; address feedback and uphold brand experience.
