Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store team and drive daily operations. You will support the Store Manager, motivate staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role blends leadership with hands-on duties, requiring reliable communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach. Weekend and bank holiday shifts are part of the pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to drive KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Office tools.
