Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on role requires a leader who can step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage KPI targets while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to drive KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading the retail team.
• Drive daily operations to meet performance goals.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
