The Athlete’s Foot Carousel is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic footwear team and deliver exceptional customer experiences using modern fitting tech. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage rosters, and uphold brand standards across Nike, Adidas, Hoka, and more.

This role focuses on leading by example, training staff, and strengthening community partnerships while ensuring OH&S compliance and excellent visual merchandising.”

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or equivalent in retail.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong stock control and visual merchandising knowledge.

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, utilising our advanced MyFit 3D technology.
• Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to effectively manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Champion team training, development, and succession planning to build a strong, skilled workforce.
• Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.
