• Willingness to train and develop staff and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Sales: To maximise the number of sales in-store.
• Service: To satisfy and build loyalty so customers return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control: Monitor stock and safeguard staff safety.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: Present products to stimulate interest.
• HR: Ensure fair treatment of employees and adherence to policies.
• Training and Recruitment: Develop skills and knowledge through planned activities.
• Profit and Losses (P&L): Control day-to-day store expenses.
• Property: Maintain the store’s property portfolio.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety provisions daily.
• Forward Planning and General Duties: Plan for the future and efficient store running.
