Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role.

• Experience driving sales performance and KPI achievement in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations to help achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and maintaining standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, offering real-time feedback to staff.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including pricing and safety.
• Carry out core duties like cash handling, till checks, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
