Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Truro home store. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising standards, and sales growth across both physical and digital channels.

Flexibility to cover weekends and bank holidays is essential, as is leading a small team and supporting volunteers. The role offers a rewarding environment where you help fund vital heart research while contributing to the store's

Qualifications
