British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-based fashion store and drive sales across physical and digital channels. You will manage a diverse team, meet store targets, and ensure the highest retail standards.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota. In a fast-paced environment with donations and deliveries, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage budgets, and uphold BHF values while contributing to life-saving

Competenze

• Experience in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Budget awareness and P&L understanding.
