Job summary

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a customer-facing team on the shop floor, ensuring outstanding care for customers and patients while maintaining strong commercial performance.

You will report to the Store Manager, coach staff, manage rotas, and own day-to-day store operations, safety, and compliance. A hands-on role balancing people, performance and operations with opportunities to grow into broader leadership.
