Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Bluewater team, within a premium skincare, fragrance and beauty environment. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.

The role involves supporting the day-to-day store operations, coaching staff, driving sales, maintaining standards and taking ownership in the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor ready to take their next step within a premium beauty environment.

About the role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.
