Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Beauty

Up to £35,000 PA + monthly bonus

Four Seasons Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading luxury beauty brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail professional to support the Store Manager, lead and develop a team and play a key role in delivering outstanding store performance.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

You will play an important role in motivating and coaching the team, driving sales and maintaining excellent operational standards, while stepping up to lead the store when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the overall performance and day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and store targets.
• Help develop the team by identifying strengths, supporting performance and encouraging progression.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to maximise commercial performance.
• Support with daily store operations, including stock, cash handling, health & safety and company procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Support the Store Manager with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging team environment.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.

About You

• Previous Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or senior retail experience within luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or a similar premium environment.
• Confident leading and motivating a team, with a genuine passion for developing others.
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and hands-on, with the confidence to support the team on the shop floor when required.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Professional, polished and confident, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
