Job summary

RHR in the premium UK retail sector is seeking a Deputy Manager for Bluewater. You will work closely with the Store Manager, leading a team of 10 including two Team Leaders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting high-quality, considered purchases.

This role offers a £35,000-£40,000 base salary with a monthly bonus of £350-£700, in a culture focused on people, development and progression within a growing premium brand.
