Job summary

Fashion Personnel is seeking an experienced Mobile Store Manager to provide leadership across its London retail network. You will move between different store environments and lead teams to maximise sales and customer experience.

This role requires a proven Store Manager background, strong commercial and operational understanding, and the ability to adapt leadership styles to different stores and customer profiles. Flexibility to travel across London is essential.

This is a unique opportunity for a strong Store Manager who enjoys working across different environments and wants exposure to a variety of stores, teams and customer profiles.

You'll step in wherever the business needs additional leadership support - whether that's recruitment gaps, long-term absence, holidays, particularly busy trading periods or additional management support.
