Job summary

Vision Express Sutton in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory or team-leader experience, strong leadership, great communication, and be confident in motivating colleagues; optical experience is helpful but not required. We offer a frame allowance and generous bonus scheme.

We're recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to join our Vision Express Sutton store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or Deputy Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment and knows how to get the best from a team.

Optics experience isn't essential. We're looking for a confident leader who can motivate colleagues, deliver outstanding customer service and support the Store Manager in driving store performance.

What You'll Do
