Job summary

Vision Express Lakeside Tesco is seeking a Store Manager to lead a small, skilled team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll work inside Tesco Lakeside, guiding operations, coaching colleagues and building strong customer relationships in a supportive environment.

The role focuses on developing the team, driving commercial results, and maintaining high retail standards while offering opportunities to contribute to community initiatives through OneSight Foundation.

Store Manager - Vision Express Lakeside Tesco

Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for a new challenge in a supportive, close-knit environment? Vision Express Lakeside Tesco is looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our established team and drive an exceptional customer experience.

Located within Tesco Lakeside, this smaller format store offers a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager who enjoys leading from the front, building strong customer relationships, and developing a highly engaged team. You'll work alongside one resident Optometrist and two experienced part-time Optical Assistants, giving you the support of knowledgeable colleagues while providing plenty of opportunity to make the role your own.

This is an excellent development opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager looking to broaden their experience in a growing retailer. Previous optics experience isn't required. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed and build a rewarding long-term career.
