Vision Express is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United Kingdom to help deliver outstanding customer experiences, develop colleagues, and drive store performance. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, optimize sales through KPI management, and maintain high standards of service and operations.

This Assistant Store Manager opportunity is ideal for someone with previous retail leadership experience who is ready to further develop their career in a supportive and customer-focused environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, drive commercial performance, and ensure the store delivers consistently high standards.

What You'll Do

Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader, deputy manager or Assistant Store Manager

• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Flexibility to support the needs of the business
