Job summary

Jobswipe Premium in Liverpool is seeking a store manager to lead and motivate the team to hit sales targets and deliver standout customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, stock, merchandising and visual standards.

Recruit, train and develop staff to build a high-performance culture, use sales data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions, and represent the brand in-store and in the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven senior retail experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor.
• Strong leader and coach with commercial awareness.
• Data‑driven and comfortable with KPIs guiding decisions.
• Confident communicator and problem-solver.
