SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Store Supervisor in Liverpool to lead a premium outdoor lifestyle store. You will drive a high-performing team, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations in a dynamic retail setting.

In this role, you’ll use sales data to push performance, mentor staff, and represent the brand during in-store promotions and local events. A passion for outdoor activities is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales role or supervisor in fashion, lifestyle or outdoor retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results.
• Comfort interpreting sales data and using retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Coach and develop crew to grow in their roles.
• Use sales data to drive performance and decision making.
• Represent the brand on the shop floor and in the local community.
• Support in-store promotions, product launches and local events.

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £25,000 per year

Hours: 8-hour shifts, between 08:00 and 22:00

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Motivate: Help drive the team to smash sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee store operations-stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and keeping those store standards at their best.
• Team Development: Coach and support your crew, ensuring they grow and thrive in their roles.
• Drive Performance: Use sales data to make decisions that push your store to the next level.
• Represent the Brand: Be the face of the brand on the shop floor and in the local community.
• Event Support: Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and exciting local events.

What We're Looking For:

• Retail Experience: You've worked in a senior sales role or as a supervisor in fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor retail.
• People Skills: You know how to lead a team and inspire them to deliver excellent results.
• Data-Driven: You can easily interpret sales figures and make decisions based on business priorities.
• Communication Skills: You've got excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
