Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a Confidential Premium Outdoor Brand in Liverpool. You will join a fast-growing team and help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards.

In this hands-on role, you will lead a team, manage daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and use data to shape commercial decisions. Shifts run 8 hours between 08:00 and 22:00; salary is £28,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Senior retail experience in fashion, lifestyle or outdoor.
• Strong leadership with coaching capability and data awareness.
• Confident communicator; comfortable with Shopify and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to hit sales targets and deliver standout customer service.
• Oversee daily operations with the Store Manager: stock, merchandising, visual standards.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to build a high-performance culture.
