Job summary

Ace & Tate is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in London Duke Street, full-time (40 hours per week). You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a motivated team, oversee daily operations, track KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service through the eye test journey and eyewear fitting.

The role offers a competitive salary of £32,500–£39,000 per year plus up to 16% monthly bonus when targets are met, with generous holiday and wellbeing benefits.

  Salary offered within this range depends on experience.
