Job summary

bloobloom is hiring a full-time Store Manager for our London locations. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and leading an energetic store team.

You will coach staff, optimise stock, and uphold high retail standards while maintaining a customer-centric culture. The successful candidate will bring five years of Store Manager experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales in store through best in class customer service, demonstrating commercial acumen and providing inspiring leadership to your team
• Nurture and develop a culture of beautiful service through leading by example, observation and in-moment coaching
• Run an efficient business by minimising stock loss, keeping displays up to date and the store environment looking immaculate
• Ensure our retail standards are maintained throughout all areas of the store at all times
• Adopt an upside-down management approach with coaching at the forefront
• Develop a high performing team driven by strong cultural values
• Bring out the best in our store teams through 121s, coaching, frequent reviews, and role modelling
• Be the voice of the customer and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
• Help maintain a high standard of work according to the QA system and British Standards
• Maintain good working relationships with all other staff, both within the store and in the wider organisation
• Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of employees

• Prior experience in the optical industry would be advantageous
