Job summary

Places Developments is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager in Warrington to support the Site Manager in delivering a residential development. You will coordinate day-to-day site activity, promote safe working practices and help maintain high quality standards on site.

You will monitor Build Stage inspections, conduct inductions, plan work packages and liaise with contractors, NHBC and homeowners to ensure timely snagging and completion.

Qualifications

• CSCS supervisor accreditation is essential.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• A valid First Aid certificate is necessary.
• A Scaffold Inspection qualification is desirable.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day construction activity to meet programme, budget and quality standards.
• Promote safe working practices and maintain a positive site culture.
• Monitor quality and ensure Build Stage Inspection processes are followed.
• Carry out health and safety inductions for contractors and visitors.
• Plan and coordinate work packages, site activities and logistics to minimise risks.
• Liaise with contractors, NHBC and stakeholders to keep activity progressing and on schedule.
• Assist in deputising for the Site Manager and maintain site management discipline.
• Coordinate snagging with homeowners to ensure timely completion.
