Places Developments is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a development. You will work closely with the Site Manager, coordinating daily site activity to ensure safe, efficient progress and high-quality workmanship.

You will help plan and coordinate work packages, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and deputise for the Site Manager when required while supporting snagging and timely completion for new homeowners.

Competenze

• CSCS supervisor accreditation or equivalent required.
• SMSTS qualification highly desirable.
• First Aid certificate required.
• Scaffold Inspection qualification preferred.
• NHBC knowledge or experience on site essential.
• A full, clean UK driving licence required.

Mansioni

• Assist Site Manager with day-to-day management of construction activity.
• Promote safe working practices and maintain a professional site culture.
• Monitor quality and ensure Build Stage Inspection processes are followed.
• Deliver health and safety inductions for contractors and visitors.
