Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a large-scale new-build housing development in the Midlands. You will work closely with the Site Manager to assist with daily management, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality standards and safety.

Essential experience includes large-scale housing developments and a strong background in private housebuilding.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale new-build housing developments.
• Strong background in private housebuilding within fast-paced, volume-build environments.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure progress.
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure quality and programme adherence.
