Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is supporting a leading UK house builder in recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for an Oxfordshire development. This on-site role requires strong organisation and a hands-on approach to delivery across multiple units.

You will manage subcontractors, uphold health and safety standards, and report to the Senior Site Manager. The position is temp to perm, with opportunities to lead on superstructure and internal works as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• As required by the role, candidates must have relevant site management experience.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with PLC house builders and high-volume traditional housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors on site to ensure high-quality delivery on time.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and report to the Site Safety Manager on site.
• Assist with superstructure and internal works as project progresses.
