Job summary

Barratt Developments plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering developments from start to finish. You will help coordinate trades, labour and materials to meet the programme, ensure quality and cost targets are met, and uphold health and safety standards.

You will work with the Sales Team, attend meetings, deputise when needed, and help ensure the on-site team is resourced and guided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time served tradesman with experience in construction trades.
• In-depth knowledge of NHBC, Building Regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Good knowledge of customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• deputise for the Site Manager when required and provide on-site leadership.
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities, training and workload planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
