Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Smethwick is seeking a caretaker to manage room setups and carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks. You will perform fire alarm tests and emergency light checks, and provide support for building use outside normal hours.

The role requires reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A DBS check is required, and the successful candidate will join a committed team within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caretaking experience preferred but not essential.
