Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, upselling products, and more:

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively
• Monitor and control expenses through effective P&L management
• Maintain quality assurance through quality control checks
• Follow procedures for cash management, including reconciliations and deposits
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge
• Participate in educational/training opportunities for growth
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year college degree (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Basic IT and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office, G Suite)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and present professional appearance
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members
• Strive to exceed expectations and maintain accountability

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shifts
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs
